Land at Finches Farm, Five Oak Green

Rydon Homes Limited are looking to bring forward proposals for 140 new homes, public open space, flood attenuation measures, traffic calming and additional facilities for Capel Primary School on land at Finches Farm, Five Oak Green.

We held a public consultation on our proposals during November 2023 and intend to submit an outline planning application to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in 2024.  The application will confirm exactly which parts of the site are proposed for housing, open space and the other proposed features, as well as the vehicular access points from Five Oak Green Road.  If planning permission is granted, a further ‘reserved matters’ application will be submitted at a later date to confirm the finer details of the scheme, such as a precise layout for the new homes and individual housing designs.
